NWOBA MEWA BENEFIT PLANS
The NWOBA MEWA offers a wide variety of benefit plans to suit your individual needs and objectives.
You may select from a wide range of HMO plans featuring the Paramount Health Care provider network of hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers or a similar range of PPO plans including the Paramount network and an expanded network of health care providers and facilities across northwest Ohio.
The MEWA also offers a wide range of Consumer Drive Health Plan (CDHP) options with available Health Savings Account (HSA) options. The MEWA’s CDHP plans can be configured as HMO or PPO plans. You make the choice. See link to benefit plan offerings.
Administrators
Paramount Insurance Company acts as the third-party administrator for the self-insured MEWA and is responsible for the processing claims. Paramount also provides marketing services through its network of licensed agents and brokers. You can contact any Paramount broker for more information about the MEWA.
